The initial evaluation includes a comprehensive medical history review. Also included are a body fat analysis, flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular screenings. Qualified staff will also assist with setting personal fitness and life goals as well as nutritional considerations. This one-time session is required to begin any personal training service.
The total body workout in a 30 minute session. For the client "on the go," our qualified instructors will maximize your weight training workout by sculpting all muscle groups. (We recommend cardiovascular and stretching workouts on client's own time before session starts.)
Your personal training session will include 60 minutes of cardiovascular, strength, abdominal work, balance training, and assisted stretching to obtain maximum body sculpting. Your program will be designed based on the client's personal goals to achieve the Total Body Workout.
